Mail-in phone & device repairs

Not convenient to visit in person? Have a chat with us first and let’s find out how we can help. If the repair is suitable, we can arrange for you to send your device to our Ballarat Central workshop.

Before you send anything

  1. Contact us with your device brand/model and a brief description of the fault.
  2. Wait for us to confirm that the device is suitable for a mail-in repair.
  3. We'll provide the current sending details and basic packing guidance.
  4. Once the device arrives, we'll assess it and contact you before proceeding where approval or a quote is required.

Do not post a device with a damaged or swollen battery. Lithium batteries are subject to carrier safety rules. Check the carrier's current requirements before sending.
